Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional pediatric dental care to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
  2. Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for pediatric patients.
  3. Administer preventive dental care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
  4. Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and extractions as necessary.
  5. Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
  6. Monitor and manage the dental development of pediatric patients, including orthodontic assessment and referrals when necessary.
  7. Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients with complex dental needs.
  8. Actively participate in community outreach programs and volunteer initiatives aimed at improving oral health education and awareness among children.
  9. Uphold and promote the positive public image of Cute Smile 4 Kids & Orthodontics through professional demeanor and excellent patient care.
  10. Respond promptly and effectively to patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  1. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  2. Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.
  3. Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry.
  4. Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Arizona.
  5. Proficiency in pediatric dental procedures and techniques, including behavior management strategies for children.
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with pediatric patients, parents, and team members.
  7. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to children of all ages.
  8. Strong dedication to upholding the highest standards of dental practice and continuous professional development.
