SMALL SMILES DENTAL CENTERS OF HARTFORD, HOLYOKE, & SPRINGFIELD APPLICANTS MUST APPLY ONLINE AT: [Register to View] The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (OTC) will travel with the Orthodontist between Hartford, Holyoke, & Springfield offices providing quality care to patients. The OTC will ensure that patients receive a great experience and fully understand the treatment plan and the associated fees recommended by the Orthodontist. They will serve as the claims submission and billing specialist who will work to obtain insurance approvals for our patients, while promoting adherence to office payment policies and procedures. Qualified candidates will have a high level of knowledge in Orthodontics and associated treatment planning. They will understand and have the ability to effectively communicate techniques utilized in the Orthodontic field, have a detailed knowledge of dental insurances, service limits, PPO, Self Pay collections, and financing options. Customer service or sales experience, along with dental knowledge is preferred. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
