Job Description

Dentist/GUAM
Graduate of doctor of dental surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine, license is required.
Previous formal experience is not required.
Must have the appropriate level of maturity and patience in handling patients.
Designs, makes and fits prosthodontic appliances such as space maintainers, bridges and dentures or write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for denturists and dental technicians.

Benefits are below~

1. Relocation: Relocation assistance is offered with a minimum 2-year employment commitment. Employee to reimburse company for paid relocation expenses on a pro-rated basis if employee voluntarily decides to end employment before the 2-year employment commitment. Company will provide relocation assistance to you to include the following:
Cost of shipping of household goods and shipment of one (1) midsize vehicle from place of origin to Guam.
Employee – 3,000 lbs.
Spouse – 2,000 lbs.
Legal dependent child – 500 lbs. each
One way airfare ticket for employee, spouse and dependent(s) from place of origin to Guam.
Two (2) Months of Transitional Accommodation on Guam.
Two (2) Months use of a rental vehicle or when personal vehicle arrives on Guam, whichever comes first.
After completion of 2-year employment, and if either party decides not to extend conditional offer, relocation to the original point of origin/hire is provided for movement of household goods and vehicle as provided with the initial relocation to Guam.

If company terminates employment before the completion of the two (2) year period for any reason other than for cause, relocation to the original point of origin/hire is granted for movement of household goods as provided with the initial relocation to Guam. This will also include a one-way economy airfare ticket for the Provider, spouse/domestic partner and dependent(s) to the original point of origin/hire.

2. The following are benefits and company contributions presently offered to employees after ninety (90) days of employment, effective the first day of the following month.
Dollar per dollar match of 401K contribution up to 6% of salary

CME PTO days:
Dentist, Pharmacist, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Optometrist – 3 days PTO
Medical Physician – 5 days PTO
Medical Specialty Physician – 10 days PTO
The following benefits are effective upon date of hire:
Personal Time Off [PTO] accrual starts at date of hire – 21 days/year, for the first year of employment then accrual will increase after first year to 29 days/year.+
Only Medical Specialty Provider will receive 29 days PTO on their first year to fifth year of employment
Medical and Dental Benefits
Holidays – 10 days per year
Two Floating Holidays
