Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
Correctional facility is in need of a locum tenens Dentists to fill in during provider leave. This position starts immediately and will last for at least 1 month. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Clinic setting, ages 18-75. No call required. General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
