Job Description
Dr. Jennifer Judge, the Owner Dentist of South Oceanside Dental Group and Orthodontics is looking for an Associate General Practice Dentist to work full time in his state of the art practice in Oceanside, CA. This is an established busy practice that been around since April 2004. Over $3M in revenue, 70+ new patients per month, and over 350 continued care patients. The patient demographics are primarily middle income for the surrounding areas. The practice accepts PPO, FFS, and some HMOs. Her Dentists are given an excellent compensation package ranging from 27-33% of their Daily Production, and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training which includes CEREC and CE , vacation time and malpractice.
