Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Private General Dentistry practice seeking 2-3 fulltime associates near the beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Ocean of Eastern NC. Dentist needs to be assertive with treatment plans to include; fillings, extractions, crown and bridge, dentures and anterior endo. Dentist will work with 12 Dental Assistants, 4 Hygienists and 7 Front Desk staff in a 20 operatory office. Office runs with 5 associates at full capacity. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5 or 6 with possible Saturday rotation. This is a great opportunity to do some contract work and feel out an opportunity while relaxing in your spare time on the Carolina Beaches. All availability will be considered.

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
