Group practice needs a contract General dentist to start ASAP and work for 1-2 months with option to extend. This practice is located in Melbourne, FL.

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.

Required Qualifications
General dentist will be responsible for all fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns, endo, veneers, implants, molar endo, new patient exams, etc. You are able to refer our impacted cases. This practice does take emergency walk-ins, but they are rare. You will see some children, but mostly adults.
