Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 10/28/2013Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Great opportunity for a General Dentist needed in Orland Park, IL. Dentist will work with 2 DA's and 2 hygienists. Dentist will see @ 25-30 patients per day and needs to perform dentures, fillings, extractions, crowns, endo, 3rd molar procedures, inlays/onlays, cosmetic, and sealants. Any availability will be considered.
Dates: Starting October 28, 2013 for 12 weeks until January 17, 2014 with possibility to extend.
General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
