Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 07/01/2013Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Group Practice looking for a general dentist to cover their office starting July 1st two days per week until the end of August. This dentist will be do all aspects of general dentistry to include: fillings (composites), extractions (simple), Crowns (stainless and porcelain), and anterior root canals.

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.

Required Qualifications
The 2 days you are willing to work are flexible and can be Monday through Friday. You will be seeing 70% of adults and the rest will be an even spread of geriatrics, adolescents, and children.
