Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Great opportunity for a General Dentist to work the week of May 19, 2014 through July 3, 2014 Monday through Friday in Rockford, IL. Dentist typically will work out of 3 chairs assisted by 2 Dental Assistant's and 2 hygienists. Dentist will see around 25-30 patients per day and needs to perform dentures, fillings, extractions, crowns, endo, 3rd molar procedures, inlays/onlays, cosmetic, and sealants. Any and all availability will be considered. Invisalign certified is a HUGE plus. The schedule that is needed will be from 8am to 5pm.

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
