Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

General dentist needed for a community health center in Odessa. Dentist will be needed Mon-Fri for at least a month with the option to extend. Dentist will be seeing mostly adults patients. Travel and lodging accommodations available as well.

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.

Required Qualifications
State license, DEA, and open to applying for a Medicaid number.

Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual - Spanish is preferred.
