(Archived) Part Time Dentist- Peoria County Jail

We are seeking a part time dentist 6hrs every other week or 12hrs a month for the Peoria County Jail. In addition, we offer the individual service of adjudicating and paying medical bills for our clients. Duties include by are not limited to: 1.Monitors need for dental supplies and equipment 2. Performs routine cleaning, restorative dentistry, and extraction of teeth in accordance with dental policies 3. Perform dental examination in accordance with the requirements of the facility 4. Takes impressions for dental appliances, if indicated, sending prosthesis to outside dental labs 5. Instructs patients in good dental hygiene techniques 6.
