Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens

Private Pediatric Dental Practice in Lexington, SC looking for a General Dentist to cover their office. This dentist needs to be comfortable seeing patients 20 years of age and younger and working 8am to 5pm. You will be doing all aspects of General Dentistry to include: fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, crowns, sealants, and prophys.

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.
