Dentist - (Dentistry) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 03/02/2015Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Mobile unit for nursing homes is looking for a General Dentist to work in and around the Monroe, LA 3-5 days per week. This dentist will be working in senior living facilities preforming all aspects of General Dentistry to include:
Filling - sedative
Extractions - simple
Dentures
Impressions
Cleanings
Exams

General dentists (locum tenens) diagnose, prevent and treat problems associated the mouth, such as plaque decay, cavities, and the repair of fractured teeth. They are usually the first point of contact for patients with oral health concerns, referring them to specialists such as endodontists when needed. Dentists are trained to use a wide variety of medical equipment, such as x-ray machines and drills, and are able to diagnose and treat a plethora of oral conditions.


Required Qualifications
This General Dentist needs to be a team player, compassionate, and extremely accommodating to the elderly residents.
