The Doctor Recruiter is responsible for ongoing GP dentist recruitment including successful onboarding and retention efforts within the organization, sourcing, qualifying, screening and placing dentists in opportunities throughout the organization. This position develops and maintains a pipeline of talent focused on driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
  • Maintain regular communication with potential candidates via email, phone and social networking
  • Schedule candidates through the interview process
  • Provide exceptional communication and follow-up with appropriate COOs, Directors, Doctors and staff at the practices
  • Some travel as needed to all regions as directed to attend company seminars, trade shows, vendor fairs, lunch and learns, and socials
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvement measures
