Position Details:

• Dental Insurance Verification Coordinator
• Full time: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
• Work location: Sage Dental Support Center located in Boca Raton, FL 33487
• This position has no direct patient contact

Our Dental Insurance Verification Coordinators provide support in the verification, plan build and proper linking of insurances for all appointments scheduled in a specified market.

Responsibilities:

• High volume new patient insurance verifications for PPO
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to retain specific avenues and verification methods
• Maintain a well-organized system of operation with appropriate team members
• Ability to communicate and document all issues and resolutions effectively
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision/direction and ability to multitask
• Strong team player willing to take direction in a team environment
• Takes part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
• Meet goals set forth by management.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures, and abides by HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Experience with medical and/or dental insurance verification, preferred
• Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a dental or medical office
• Experience with dental or medical software, a plus!
