This position is a dynamic leader responsible for the attraction, onboarding, engagement, continued development, and communication in their respective regional area helping to ensure an awesome patient experience.

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive engagement and improve retention for Dental Assistants
- Be the champion for new tools and resources
- Act as an advocate and build relationships throughout the region
- Interviewing potential Dental Assistant candidates and onboarding new Dental Assistants
- Assist clinical in the role out, implementation and acceptance of new initiates
- Offer proactive and creative ideas to elevate the success of DAs company-wide
- Displays proper use of Invisage and KPI percentages
- Displays proper scanner use and KPI percentages
- Displays proper knowledge of Pearl usage and percentages
- Performs other compliance related functions to ensure completion (OSHA/Bloodborne/CPR, etc.)
- Partner with Dental Assistants and Office Manager to assess and ensure consistency of new hire training
- Remedial training as needed for temps, impressions, setting up, chairside skills, etc.
- Assist in finding coverage throughout the region to cover PTO and emergencies
- Assist with any other tasks reasonably required by the team to accomplish goals

Certifications for position:
- Dental Assistant Certification – required
- Radiology Certification – required
- EFDA Certification – preferred
Requirements:
- Ability to travel and work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of enthusiasm and passion for dental assisting Dentrix knowledge
- Active drivers license in good standing
- Strong motivational skills
- Active membership in Dental Association a plus
