Job Description
• Manage the entire construction drawing process from the beginning to completion of the project.
• Review and approve building drawings, site plans and build elevations for shell buildings.
• Full design of the interior floor plans for all Dental office projects.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to complete a full set of interior drawings for permit/construction.
• Drawing review and markup of the building and interior drawings
• Work closely with the construction manager to prepare bid packages and manage drawings for multiple projects at one time.
• Work closely with Millwork, lighting and floor vendors to review and order product for all projects.
