Job Description
- Human resources Assistant Serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries that come into the HR Operations.
- Human resources specialists are responsible for coordinating with various departments.
- Center from employees and managers via phone, fax, email, or AskHR.
- Independently researches and analyzes data to provide timely and accurate solutions utilizing standardized scripts and procedures.
- Documents employee and manager inquiries, case notes, and resolutions with accuracy in the case management system
- Follows up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved and retains ownership of requests escalated to vendors
- Assists customers with difficult issues by communicating empathy and helping to de escalate the situation
- They may also handle employee relations, payroll and benefits and training
