Job Description

Position: Client Care Assistant/ No Experience Necessary
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule:Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm

Job Information

  • Greet public and manage office traffic with a customer oriented, friendly attitude
  • Ensure that all patient paperwork is filled out correctly and all necessary information has been captured at the time of the collection
  • Process client payments and other billing-based tasks
  • Update and maintain client contact information and records, as necessary
  • Data entry; faxing, scanning and copying documents as necessary
  • Perform collections for urine drug screening, both observed and unobserved
  • Monitor and maintain supplies and supply records for front office use
  • Use effective communication skills in working with all laboratory staff
  • Utilize excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Advanced MD
  • High level of reliability, attention to detail, dedication and initiative
  • Act responsibly and follow professional code of conduct as set forth by senior personnel
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality by understanding and use of HIPAA laws and procedures

Requirements

  • At a minimum, has successfully completed the requirements of a high school diploma.
  • One year of previous office experience is desirable
  • Flexibility to work day, evening or night shifts including weekends, holidays and on-call
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time if needed
  • Excellent computer skills, with a demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, while maintaining attention to detail
  • May be required to travel between business locations for coverage as requested
