Administrative Assistant Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and capability to work in a demanding environment
  • Ability to assume responsibility and work independently
  • Responsible for greeting visitors and answering the main phone line
  • Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible and able to take on multiple tasks at a time
  • Will take on daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
