History/Need
- Had a hygienist leave in April.
- Need up to 2 more providers based on desired scheduling.
Practice
- HPSA score of 21 – Qualified for National Health Service Corp loan forgiveness.
- EPIC EMR scheduling, but work mostly in Dentrix (charting).
- Very casual and laid back.
- 45 min cleanings 12 and under. Adults get 60 mins. New patient comprehensive is 60 mins.
- 8-5 M-F. Options for 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days.
- Work out of 1 chair.
- 1 dental assistant floater to help hygienists.
Financials
- $28 to over $30 per hour based on experience.
- $4,000 sign on
- Excellent benefits and very cheap.
- 401k with match, no vesting time
- 3-5 weeks of PTO
- $1,000 CME and 1 week of CME time
Community –
- 1 hour to Milwaukee
- 2 hours to Chicago
- City population 37,000
- Average temps spring 57, summer 81, fall 61, winter 31.
