Position: File Clerk
Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Shift: Monday-Friday 8A-5P
Job Information
- Modern office practices and technology, including strong computer software applications
- Perform complex administrative and clerical work
- Performs all aspects of filing, including document retrieval.
- May perform other routine clerical duties as needed. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Places documents in appropriate files - according to the department filing system.
- Keeps files current in order that co-workers can obtain necessary information.
- Makes copies upon request.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of previous experience
