Job Description

• Register patients (COVID) no patient contact
• Documenting demographic and insurance data, information on patient privacy rights, consents and advanced directives.
• Enters all patient information into system for registration, outpatient and emergency services.
• Greets all patients entering facility while providing excellent customer services.
• Responsible for working daily administrative tasks, and assisting with quality checks as needed.
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful and emergency situations

Qualifications and Job Info

• 1-2 years of recent registration / data entry experience
• High School / GED Required
• Ability to work in a fast pace atmosphere
• Detailed oriented and high level of customer service
