Job Description
Position: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Location: Chantilly, VA
Shift: Mon-Fri: 8am-530pm
Job Duties:
- Performs secretarial/administrative duties for a Director and/or large staff.
- Responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the clinics site operations.
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to Management and general office personnel.
- Performing assignments of a confidential nature
- Set up conference rooms and assist with travel arrangements for visiting guests
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room calendars
- Order and stock office supplies and assisting with lunch orders.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
