Job Description
Position: Specimen Technician
Location: Chicago, IL
Shift: Mon-Fri 11:00am-7:30pm w/alternating Saturday's 8am-5:30pm
Job Duties:
- Perform drug screen collection activities and process specimens in the hospital accurately and on time
- May also be required to receive and register patients using electronic or paper requisitions
- Maintains a safe and professional environment
- Performs with confidence, urine drug screen specimen collections following established practices and procedures
- Maintains required records and documentation
- Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to customers, employees and the public in general
