Premier Multispecialty Dental group in the Western Suburbs of Chicago 20-mins from an International Airport is looking for an experienced Endodontist to join their practice.
Well-established Premier Multispecialty Dental Group offers Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery. State of the Art facility, tenured clinical and front office staff. Mentorship is available—a team atmosphere with a family touch. Presently have 5 Offices own 3 of them Outright. $1.25 Million/yr potential for a Highly Motivated, self-driven Endodontist. Partnership track available after three years.

- Will rotate between 2 offices 15 to 20 mins apart. Forest River and Elmhurst.
- Prefers a Fulltime Experienced Candidate
- Mentorship is available for New Grads.
- Willing to work on Referrals and have a presence in the Dental Community.
Financials and Benefits
- 45% for Independent Contractor
- 42% for W-2 Employee (Preferred)
- $1.25 Million/yr Potential in production

Additionally:
- (1) Employee will be reimbursed up to $2,500 annually for CE and related travel;
- (2) Employee will be entitled, at Company’s expense, to participate in Windy City Seminars (approximately $1,000);
- (3) the Company will pay for dental licensing expenses from the dental board of the Applicable State, DEA fees, and dental professional organizational dues for the following specific organizations: ADA/CDS/ISDS (all dentist employees) and AAE/AAP/AAOMS (dental specialty-specific);
- (4) the Company will reimburse Employee for malpractice premiums required by Section 10 below.
- (5) a $100 per month cell phone reimbursement. Employee may participate in the Company’s 401(k) benefit plan (but not any cash balance plan(s) maintained by the Company or its partners).
