ABOUT THE AREA:
Located in Dallas, TX
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group started in 2007 and has grown to 12 practices in and around the Dallas area
Need is due to growth
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Office hours vary per location but on average its 5 days per week 9-6 on Mon thru Thursday. 9-2 on Fridays and 9-4 on Saturday. We only require one Saturday a month. We can accommodate more if applicant wants to work more Saturdays.
8-10 operatives
Plenty of patients and new patients per month
Payor Mix - most locations break down:
30% Medicaid/70% PPO/cash
Some locations are PPO/Cash only
Collection Percentage is 98% and higher
Lab Fees - Company pays 100%
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Comp: Percentage of collection with daily guarantee for 90 days until collection revenue comes in (usually around 45 days)
