Job Description
The practice is located in an affluent area about 10 minutes from downtown.
280,000 local population. Not at all rural.
The city is averaging over 15% annual population growth.
Under 2 hour drive to Austin. Just over 2 hours drive to Dallas/Fort Worth.
Home of Baylor University - recent NCAA National Champions and top-ranked private university.
The Practice:
$250k+ proven Associate earnings comprised of a daily rate against a percentage of net, whichever is higher.
Over 8,000 current charts.
Implant Placement.
Approximately 70% of work done is Fee for Service. No Medicaid or HMO.
Currently, one full-time doctor and one part-time doctor are in this practice. The part-time doctor is soon to retire.
You will be busy on day one.
Adding over 50 net new patients per month.
$250k W-2 is a conservative estimate. If you do just one All-on-4 per week in addition to the bread and butter, you should make closer to $350k/year consistently.
Candidates Must Have:
Patient-First mindset
Be team-oriented. This is not a solo practice and never will be.
Will consider 2022 Graduates already in TX who can demonstrate strong proficiencies in all the basics.
Prefer someone with at least a few years of experience.
Prefer someone already proficient at Implant placement or in the process of continuing education to that end.
Unable to sponsor visas of any kind.
