General Dentistry – Cape Cod, MA
The organization is seeking to hire an outstanding Dentist to take over an already established practice.
PRACTICE:
· Established practice with an excellent reputation amongst patients.

· New patients per Month: averaging 40-50
· Support Staff/Equipment:
o (1) Office Manager, (2) Assistant, (1) Hygienist
o (3) Hygiene Opts and (4) GP Opts.
o No Medicaid
· Schedule: (4.5 or 5-day work week)
o Comfortable running two columns
o Can accommodate full-spectrum general dentistry
o Average of 15 patients per day
COMPENSATION:
· Daily Guarantee: Based on years of experience
· Production: the DT will keep 32%-33% of their production – (Not collections)
· Sign-On Bonus: $30k
· Vacation: 14 PTO days + 7 Holidays = 21 days and/or 4.2 weeks
· CE: $1,250 a year + Subscriptions, Fees, and Dues
· Full Benefits Package: Life, health, dental, vision, etc.
· Retirement: 401k + deferred compensation plan
· Malpractice: Paid – Occurrence – Tail coverage if doctor stays for a year.
