Forty-five minutes to the nearest place, you could own a beach house with crashing waves out front. Awesome location.
I have placed three doctors in this practice in the last year that called me, initially, looking for Portland, Dallas, Houston, etc. Once we talked through this opportunity, they were on the next plane possible to interview. All doctors are on pace to exceed $275k in their 2nd full year. One is on pace to make about $350k.
