- Board Certified
- Facility: A Family Dental Office
- Schedule: Dates: November 14-30, 2022
- Mon-Thurs; 8am-5pm
- Nov 23rd: office closes at 1:00pm; Nov 24-27: Closed for Thanksgiving
- Assignment: Outpatient
- Census: All Ages
- Provides routine, preventative examinations & treatments, Conducts examinations for oral cancer screenings, Performs routine restorations, root canals, and extractions, Performs denture fabrications and Provides emergency services.
- Staff: 2-3 Hygienists available each day
