Privately owned. Single doctor practice, currently. Can support 3 full-time doctors which is why the doctor is recruiting.

7 full-time Operatories with room to grow

3-day workweek, currently. Work more if you like.

Compensation:

Proven associate earnings of $275k+ W-2.

A partnership is highly encouraged and will be available after 1 year of associateship.

Candidate Parameters:

Not considering folks coming right out of training. Must have at least 1 year of post-training experience.

Unable to sponsor visas of any kind

Criminal and malpractice history will be part of the consideration

The ideal would be someone that enjoys doing lots of Endo and Implant Placement

If you prefer to refer out that's okay, too. The practice currently refers to Endo, Perio, Ortho, and Surgery. You have an opportunity to capture all of that if you so desire.
