- FQHC
- Multiple Locations and openings
- General Dentistry
- Contract: 3 months with option to extend
- PA State License
- Credentialing 3 weeks
- M-F
- BLS, DEA
- 15-20 patients a day, 1-2 chairs
- Weekly Pay
