Located in an affluent part of Waco out by the lake and serving that clientele predominately.

No Medicaid. No HMO. About 35% Fee for Service.

Who is a great fit for this position?

Must be experienced and interested in being "the anchor doctor" in this practice. There is a 1 day per week part-time, semi-retired, doctor that helps out. But for all intents and purposes this will be your practice.

If you do not already do All on X procedures you will need to prioritize learning that very quickly as it is a steady procedure performed and lucrative for the practice.

You will not be asked to do anything outside of your comfort zone, or that will significantly slow you down.

Simple Endo is welcomed. Not a lot of big Endo in this office.

Offer clear aligners but not traditional ortho.

4-day workweek

Sign-on bonus.

Guaranteed compensation plus a percentage of net collected revenue above your guarantee.

$250k-$300k anticipated associate earnings. If you offer All on X it will be higher.

Partnership income anticipated over $400k/year on a 4-day workweek.

Waco is home of Baylor University

90 minutes to DFW suburbs, 110 minutes to Austin suburbs.

You can live in any number of about a dozen different municipalities around Waco and be under an hour to work.

Given this is an anchor role - we are not interested in anyone splitting time between two communities.

Must live under an hour to the office.
