• When:
*Duluth, MN - 2/06 – 6/02
*Willmar, MN - 2/06 - 3/03
*Owatonna, MN - 2/09, 2/10, 4/27, 5/01 - 5/11
• General Dentistry Setting
• $100/HR plus OT for days over 8 hours
• No weekends
• Malpractice, Travel Provided
