A very successful, well established FFS / PPO private practice in Visalia, California is currently searching for a full time General Dentist. This practice has 10 operatories, is fully digital with a CBCT, soft tissue lasers, I/O cameras in ops, rotary endo and sedation monitoring equipment. This practice keeps most procedures in house and has 4 full time hygienists, and is currently seeing over 130 new patients a month! This owner is motivated to mentor and the compensation is one of the best in California, with a very high percentage of adjusted production and potential sign on / relocation bonus. This is an amazing opportunity to get into a very well run, metrics driven practice and make it your own!
