Job Description

A longstanding private practice in San Antonio, TX is currently searching for a full time General Dentist. This practice is 14 operatories, fully digital with a CBCT, CEREC, 3D printer, intraoral cameras, multiple sedation options and is PPO/FFS for adult patients and 25% Medicaid for patients under 21. Practice has 2 accelerated Hygienists and is currently seeing over 160 new patients a month. This owner is offering a base salary for the first 90 days and a percentage of collections, plus a full benefits package that will include medical and vision insurance after 60 days employment, in house dental insurance $1500 a year for self and immediate family members after 6 months employment, CE reimbursement and a simple IRA matching up to 3% after 2 years of employment. The owner is also open to discussing partnership!
