We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment as the sole provider in Wisconsin, beginning Dec 29, 2025. This opportunity involves performing general dentistry, including extractions and dentures, with day shifts scheduled Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole dental provider during the assignment
• Perform general dentistry procedures, including extractions and dentures

Additional Information

• Must have an active Wisconsin dental license
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
