Job Description
Job Title: General Dentist (Locum Tenens)
Location: Moline, IL (local area)
Assignment Dates:
- Start: February 2
- End: Through end of June (potential extension through the year)
Position Type: Solo practice coverage (provider will work independently)
Schedule
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Patient Load
- Approximately 8–10 patients per day
- All ages served
Practice Details
- General dentistry practice handling standard procedures such as:
- Crowns and bridges
- Fillings
- Routine general dentistry
- Extractions strongly preferred
- No Illinois Medicaid credentialing required
- EMR: Open Dental
Support Staff
- 2 Registered Dental Hygienists
- 2 Dental Assistants
- Office Manager
- Receptionist
Travel & Lodging
- Mileage and/or lodging support available (within reasonable limits)
