Patient ages (adults % / peds %): 99% adults
Required procedures: fillings, extractions and some cleanings
Required certifications/licenses (Medicaid/Medicare required?): OH Dental License and CPR, BLS
Support staff: Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Office Manager
EMR system: Dentrix
Credentialing timeframe: A few hours
Are you open to candidates requiring travel reimbursement expenses to assist? Yes
What is the maximum acceptable bill rate for candidates? $200 per hour
