About the AREA:
Just 20 miles from Lafayette, LA
About the GROUP:
FQHC with 7 locations in south Louisiana!
They provide Medical/Dental/Behavioral Health/OB etc at the clinics.
3 Fixed Dental Clinics and 1 mobile unit
They have been in practice for 32 years.
About the POSITION:
All clinic hours are:
Monday: 8 am-7 pm; Tuesday: 8 am -5 pm; Wednesday: 8 am-2 pm; Thursday: 8 am -5 pm; Friday?: 8 am -5 pm
No Saturdays right now, but they may bring back a Sat clinic. When they do that, they will rotate through providers to work the sat and they will have a Wednesday off.
1 Dental asst/EDDA for each operatory
Operatories: 10, 6, and 6
Payor Mix: We are approximately 15% commercial, 45% Medicaid, 40% Self-Pay
