About the AREA:
Located in Panama City, FL
About the GROUP:
FQHC group that has been in operation for 13 years. They have 5 dental clinics and a mobile unit that serves a very rural and underserved area.
About the POSITION:
M-F 8-5
Will work with: Sole Provider, 1 Dental Asst, and 1 Hygienist
Operatories: 4
They do not do sedation or nitrous, so typically perform basic dentistry
They do see a lot of Medicaid, but also take insurance and see the uninsured.
The Dentists are paid a salary without productivity incentives. After period of time to ramp up patient-base (and each location is different for this time frame) dentists are expected to see at least 16 patients per day.
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
Comp: negotiable We offer year-end bonuses and annual pay increases
Medical/Dental:
Retirement Plan: Yes contributes 3% of employee comp, PLUS will match up to another 6%
Life Insurance: Employee paid
CME $1500 annually
