Job Description

MDA is seeking a General Dentist to help with coverage in Wisconsin.

This is a long term Locum assignment working Monday - Thursday in Markesan, WI. The office needs a provider that can start June 3, 2019. Clinic hours are Monday - Tuesday 8am - 6pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7am - 2pm. This is a long term opportunity. Scope of work will be bread and butter dentistry with mostly oral health exams, fillings, and extractions. Any additional procedures are optional for providers.

Credentialing is fast. Compensation is weekly direct deposit. Medical Doctor Associates will provide Professional Liability Insurance.
