StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 12 Pay Rate: $66.00 - 78.00

Immediate Need for General Dentist.

• The start date for this position is ASAP with a minimum of 3 months.
• The provider will work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 am to 7 pm, Tuesday and Saturday 7 am to 8 pm
• Medicaid number is preferred, but not required, must be open to getting one.
• The provider needs to have a MI license, and DEA. The position also requires a phone interview.
• Also it is good if the provider is working with the following insurances: DentaQuest, Delta Dental, Scion Dental, BCBS.
• Provider will need to be comfortable being a preceptor as they will be overseeing 1-2 new graduates/dental students.
• Provider will on average 22 patients per day, working out of 2 columns with 1.5 DA's and 1-2 hygienist.
• The provider will be performing primarily composite fillings.
• Need to be comfortable with Dentrix, and EPIC for EMR.
