- Opening: Dentist
- Start Date: ASAP, within 2 weeks of acceptance
- Location: 45 minutes SE of Green Bay, Wisconsin
- Facility: Outpatient Clinic
- Hours: 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri: 7:30am - 5:00pm daily (1/2 hour unpaid lunch daily)
- Length: 1-2 months acceptable, prefer 3+ month commitment
- Travel, Housing and Medical Malpractice provided
- Credentials: Wisconsin Dental license, DEA.
- Details: Average patients per day 12. Patient ages 5+. General dentist responsibilities including endodontics, restorative, extractions, crowns, dentures, etc. Support staff includes two dental assistants per Dentist. Also, 3 additional Dentists and 3.5 Hygienists work in this clinic. 4K+ patient base. EMR system used is Dentrix. Locums Dentist must have a heart for caring for an underserved patient population in a Community Health Center setting, have a positive attitude, and get along well with their patients & staff.
