Aspen Dental facility in Lockport, Illinois is seeking for licensed General Dentist to cover on 6/21/2019 & 7/5/2019.

Job Details:
• 20-30 Patients Per Day, mostly adults
• Fillings, root canals, extractions
• Dentures
• New patient exams & hygiene checks
• Basic surgical Procedures
The provider will be working 8 hour Day Shifts
