Job Description
Locum Dentist needed in Fort Smith, AR-

Locum needed ASAP-Nov 1 with possible extension
-
Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-3p
-
(15 min huddle before shift starts daily)
-
Crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, extractions, endo
-
Invisalign certified if possible
-
1 DA, 2 HYG
-
Travel/lodging and malpractice covered
And
Locum Dentist needed in Arkansas ASAP, 2.5 hours from Memphis-
-
Fast paced practice, $9k-12k per day in production
-
Current Dentist is relocating in Arkansas, so open to locum to perm
-
Prefer longer commitment from locum provider (4-6 mos is ideal)

Travel/lodging and malpractice insurance covered
