General Dentist to provide coverage at the Sells Indian Hospital.

• Depending on location, a typical schedule is 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Will see all ages Provider will diagnose and treat oral pathology within the limits of his/her usual professional qualifications and within the standards of quality generally provided by the other similarly qualified dentists in the USA. Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases, injuries and deformities of the teeth, jaws, organs of the mouth and other structures in the oral cavity and mastication system of patients of any age.
• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA accredited School of Dentistry BLS required
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration, Basic Life Support,
