Job Description

Opening: Dentist, Locum Tenens

Start Date: September 2019

Length: 30-60 day commitment, extension available

Schedule/Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am-12:30pm

Location: southern Ohio

Facility: Outpatient Center

Details: Fillings & extractions are required. Dentures and crown & bridge are a plus, but not required. Root canals are not required. Patient ages 5+. Average of 15 patients per day. The Hygienists do 100% of the cleanings. Support staff includes 1-2 Hygienists and 1-2 Dental Assistants. EMR system is Eagle Soft.

Credentials: Active Ohio dental license. DEA certificate.

Compensation and Benefits: Seeking local candidates only. Competitive compensation. Dentist will work as a 1099-MISC independent contractor. Medical Malpractice provided by Medstaff.
